Tibar Shipping Policy

At Tibar, we want to bring the warmth of our candles to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Delivery Area

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

  • We cover all Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over AED 200.

  • Standard Delivery: For orders below AED 200, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and added at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Since our holders are handcrafted and handled with care, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.

  • Note: Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details so you can follow your Tibar glow home.

5. Delivery Process

  • Our courier partner will contact you to coordinate the best delivery time. Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate to avoid any delays.

6. Damaged Items

  • We take great pride in our packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged (especially glass or ceramic items), please contact us within 24 hours at mustafa@tibar.se with a photo of the item, and we will make it right.
