OVERVIEW Welcome to Tibar! Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tibar. Tibar operates this store and website to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience inspired by the UAE’s beauty. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the UAE. To purchase our handmade holders or sand wax, you must provide accurate information (Email, Billing, and Shipping). You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & HANDCRAFTED NATURE

  • Natural Materials: Our holders are made from natural Wood, Marble, Cement , and Glass. Since these are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and grain are normal and celebrate the uniqueness of each piece.

  • Accuracy: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & MODIFICATIONS Once you place an order, it is an offer to buy. Tibar reserves the right to accept or decline any order. In the event of a change or cancellation, we will notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

SECTION 4 - PRICES & LOCAL TAXES (VAT)

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes: Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of applicable UAE taxes (VAT) where required.

  • Shipping: Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout and are not included in the product price.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING IN THE UAE We provide reliable shipping across the Emirates. While we aim for fast delivery, any estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier delays or public holidays in the UAE. Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed to the shipping provider.

SECTION 6 - HEALTH & SAFETY Tibar is committed to providing a Healthy Alternative to traditional candles. Our sand wax is Toxin-Free and Safe for Babies. However, customers must follow the "How to Use" instructions provided with the product to ensure safe burning and prevent fire hazards.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site, including the Tibar logo, product designs, and "Tibar’s Story," is the property of Tibar and protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates
